As part of its permanent exhibition, the Louvre has thus conceived with the Met a unique dialogue between these two collections. Dated between the end of the 4th millennium BC and the 5th century AD, the works, exceptionally brought from New York, introduce remarkable connections with those of the Louvre, whether they form a pair brought together for the first time on this occasion or whether they complement each other due to the specificities linked to the respective histories of the two collections. From Central Asia to Syria, often passing through Iran and Mesopotamia, these dialogues of Near Eastern antiquities will allow us to (re)discover these millennia-old remains and the stories they bear witness to in a different way.\u003c\/span\u003e","brand":"Antinoë","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":48112958275908,"sku":"30522","price":12.0,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0574\/4043\/6408\/files\/dialogueantiquite.jpg?v=1710510992","url":"https:\/\/anttopinoe.com\/en-en\/products\/dialogues-dantiquites-orientales-near-eastern-antiquites-in-dialogue-the-met-au-louvre","provider":"Antinoë","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
